  • Research Fee – For all Dynamic Events, a $100 research fee is required. Once received, our team will conduct thorough research, prepare tailored options, and provide detailed quotes within 5–7 business days. 
  • Corporate Events: Flat fee of $5,000 for small events with up to 100 guests and a percentage-based fee of 10% of the total event cost for larger events over 100 guests. Prices may vary depending on the complexity and length of the event.
  • Private Events: Flat fee of $2,500 for small events with up to 100 guests and a percentage-based fee of 15% of the total event cost for larger events over 100 guests. Prices may vary depending on the type of event, location, and other factors.
  • Conferences and Trade Shows: Flat fee of $10,000 for small events with up to 100 attendees, and a percentage-based fee of 12% of the total event cost for larger events over 100 attendees. Prices may vary depending on the length of the event, the number of attendees, and other factors.
  • Product Launches: Flat fee of $5,000 for small events with up to 100 attendees and a percentage-based fee of 10% of the total event cost for larger events over 100 attendees. Prices may vary depending on the complexity and length of the event.
