He began his professional career in event management as an event coordinator, and soon after, he founded Dynamic Experiences.
Under Darius’ leadership, Dynamic Experiences has become one of the most sought-after luxury event management companies in the world. Darius has a keen eye for detail and a passion for perfection, which has helped him build a reputation for delivering exceptional events that surpass his client’s expectations.
Darius has also been instrumental in developing Dynamic Experiences’ team of experts, which includes event planners, designers, and coordinators, who all share his passion for delivering the best possible experience to clients. He is a firm believer in investing in his team and providing them with the tools and resources they need to excel.

Trevor Queen is a dynamic storyteller, creative marketer, and event producer based in Los Angeles. Both an entrepreneur and professional influencer, Trevor has 10+ years of professional experience working with several businesses, institutions, and artists on developing their brands, managing their operations, and boosting their social media presence through digital and experiential marketing strategies.
Trevor is also a travel enthusiast who has spent several years planning dream getaways for his family, friends, and clients. To date, he has traveled to 19 countries and does not plan to stop there. As Chief Operating Officer of Dynamic Experiences, Mr. Queen is excited to not only make your dream vacation and events come true, but to ensure you have an unforgettable experience of a lifetime!
Alexei Nikonovich-Kahn
Director of Strategic Growth & Innovation at Dynamic Experiences
Alexei Nikonovich-Kahn is a strategist and operations leader who specializes in building the systems that make extraordinary experiences possible at scale. With experience spanning global logistics at Delta Air Lines and operational optimization across 54 distribution centers for Williams-Sonoma, he brings enterprise-level rigor to growing businesses and client experiences.
As Director of Strategic Growth & Innovation at Dynamic Experiences, Alexei focuses on translating Fortune 500 operational strategies into practical frameworks that improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency. His work has included consulting for international catering and event management organizations, as well as redesigning operational systems for a tour operator in Tanzania.
Having traveled to 49 countries across all seven continents, Alexei brings firsthand insight into global hospitality, cultural nuance, and elevated client service. He is also an active member of Atlanta’s civic and academic community, having served on nonprofit boards and guest lectured at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.
Outside of work, Alexei enjoys performing with his longtime choral group and planning his next international adventure.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Roanne values structure, consistency, and organization in everything she does. She continuously studies and develops ways to keep processes streamlined, organized, and easy to manage. Her goal is to simplify workflows and make daily operations more efficient for every member of the company by finding practical solutions that help the entire team work more effectively.
